This Privacy Policy covers harbisonproperties.com, operated by Executive European Resorts, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (dba Harbison Properties).

What we collect and how we use it

This website has no forms, advertising or analytics. We collect personal information only when you contact us by email, phone or text, or when you apply for or rent a home. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, messages, and any rental-related information you provide. We use it to respond to you, show and lease properties, manage tenancies, handle maintenance, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

We use software tools, including AI assistants, to help read, organize and draft email and documents for our business. A person at our business is responsible for the messages we send. These providers process information only on our behalf.

Cookies and technical logs

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary security cookies and keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to protect and operate the site.

Tracking across sites / Do Not Track: We do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site. Because we do no such tracking, the site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (email and hosting providers, AI assistant services, property-management and payment tools, contractors performing repairs), our professional advisors (attorneys, accountants), and government authorities or courts when required by law or to enforce a lease.

Nevada residents

We do not sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A.333. You can still submit a verified request that we not sell your covered information by emailing info@alexharbison.com with the subject “Nevada Opt-Out.” We will respond within 60 days.

Reviewing or correcting your information

You can ask to review or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing info@alexharbison.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Google API Services (gmail-send)

We run an internal application called “gmail-send.” It connects only to a single Google Workspace account on the alexharbison.com domain, owned by Executive European Resorts, LLC, and is used only by Harbison Properties’ authorized staff and assistants acting for them.

Data accessed: With the account owner’s permission (Google OAuth), gmail-send uses Gmail API scopes to create drafts and send email from that account. To do this it handles the content of the messages being drafted or sent: recipients, subject, body and attachments. It does not read, index or scan other mailbox content through these scopes.

How we use it: Only to draft and send email that the account owner has requested, such as messages to tenants, applicants, vendors and other business contacts.

Storage and security: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on access-restricted servers. gmail-send keeps no separate copy of message content after a send or draft is complete. Sent messages and drafts stay in the Google account like any other email.

Sharing: We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Messages go to the recipients you address them to. Message content may be processed by service providers that host or operate our tools, including AI assistant services, only to perform the requested task and under confidentiality obligations. We do not transfer Google user data for any other purpose except as required by law.

Retention and deletion: Tokens are kept only while the integration is active and are deleted within 30 days of revocation or when the tool is retired. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.

Limited Use: gmail-send’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No AI model training: We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Changes

If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date before the changes take effect.
